Sarah Thibault, M.P.S.
Bio
Sarah serves as the graduate student services coordinator for the College of Design, where she acts as the administrative liaison between graduate students, graduate program directors, the graduate program and the Graduate School. With a passion for education that stems from being raised in a family of educators, Sarah has always known that her career path would be in education.
After completing her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University, Sarah pursued a Master of Arts in Political Science. She then transitioned into teaching, accepting a position at a high school in Chatham County, where she taught social studies for five years. During this time, she also earned her teaching license through East Carolina University.
Now, Sarah is excited to apply her experience and passion for education to higher education. Having grown up in Raleigh and attended Wake County schools, joining NC State was a dream come true. With a deep understanding of both the student experience and the challenges of navigating the academic system, Sarah is dedicated to helping graduate students thrive at every stage of their academic journey.
