In November 2013, Kimberly participated in a Habitat for Humanity Global Village Build in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This particular build was a “big build” where 150 people from around the world worked on the Smile Village. During the week long build, Kimberly constructed concrete block walls, mixed mortar, tied rebar, relocated building materials, and established building foundations. When the Smile Village is complete, it will provide secure, adequate housing for 330 families. Kimberly was extremely honored to participate in this build.
