This is a studio Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on an urban lot without an alley. It has 600 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special considerations for the design include an open concept living space with a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
