This is an affordable one bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on a rural lot. It has 600 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special consideration was made to create a private and secluded location for the dwelling on this large farm lot with multiple outbuildings. General affordable housing strategies were utilized for construction type and material choices.
