This is an accessible one bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on a rural lot. It has 784 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site; nestled in a wooded area on the lot. Special considerations for the design include an expansive porch for outdoor living with a multi-panel glass door system to connect both inside and outdoor living spaces. Generous light creates a bright kitchen and living space with a vaulted ceiling.
