Bio
With nearly twenty years of experience supporting higher education information technology needs, Terence Bailey joins our organization as the Technical Support Specialist IT Integrations and Solutions Professional II, supporting the IT needs of Faculty, Staff, and Students. During his career, he supported various departments, including the physical sciences, Arts & Sciences, Libraries, Athletics, and Administrative units. Excellent customer service has been an identifiable and commendable trait, which he hopes to transition to the College of Design.
Away from campus, Terence enjoys watching movies, collecting Funko Pop figurines, tending to his plants and building terrariums, attending concerts, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including his mini-wolfpack Thor and Ghostface. Additionally, Terence is a current student working towards completing a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an African American Studies concentration at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
