Architect – Plan and design structures, such as private residences, office buildings, theaters, factories, and other structural property.

3D Modeler/Renderer – Use specialized software to create detailed, realistic, or conceptual digital representations of architectural designs, allowing clients to visualize a design before it’s physically built.

Real Estate Stager – Prepare homes for sale by making them look more appealing to potential buyers.

Construction Manager – Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems and participate in the conceptual development of a construction project.

Set Designer – Design special exhibits and sets for film, video, television, and theater productions through studying scripts, conferring with directors, and conducting research to determine appropriate architectural styles.

Material Designer – Ensure that the materials used in building products not only meet aesthetic and functional requirements, but also align with broader sustainability goals.
