This is an accessible one-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on an urban lot with an alley. It has 622 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. The ADU features a spacious living room that has access to the porch with a multi-panel glass door system. The shading louvers cover the west façade and provide privacy for the porch. Both the primary residence on this lot and the ADU have access to the backyard and outdoor space.
