This is a maximum sized two bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on a suburban lot. It has 785 square feet of conditioned space. It sits comfortably towards the back of the site in a forested area. Special social distancing considerations for the design include a private work-from-home office with separate exterior access. Other features include a generous outdoor living deck set in the forested area of the site.
