Bio

Kweku Baidoo is a designer and researcher with a professional background in graphic design, communication, and experience design. His work centers on designing for appropriate trust in human–machine interactions, particularly in high-stakes domains. Before transitioning into UX and human–computer interaction, his career spanned brand strategy and digital communications for organizations such as GCNet, UNFPA, ISACA, IRVIN, and GOIL.

He earned his Master’s in Graphic and Experience Design (MGXD) from North Carolina State University, where his research focused on AI-powered decision support for early-career physicians in primary care. Alongside his studies, he worked with Dr. Matthew Peterson and Professor Helen Armstrong (GXD) on Department of Defense–sponsored projects exploring explainable and mediated AI in interface design, with a focus on the visualization of LLM uncertainty
