This is a studio Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on an urban lot with an alley. It has 512 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special focus was placed on engaging nature using expansive glazing and openings to connect interior and exterior space.
