This is a tiny Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on an urban lot without an alley. It has 200 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. The small accommodations will live large with space allocated to various needs. A stair and rail suggest the route to a spacious upper floor, but lead to a clever private dressing area landing with ladder to reach the sleeping loft.
