This is a workspace and living Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) designed on a suburban wooded lot. It has 800 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special considerations for the design include movable privacy screening from the primary residence, a home office, generous outdoor living spaces, and flood zone considerations.
