This is a tiny Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on an urban lot with an alley. It has 200 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special consideration for the design includes a generous covered front porch (96 sf) to expand the usable/livable area at most times of the year in the North Carolina climate.
