This is a maximum one-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on a rural lot. It has 800 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special considerations for the design include a farmhouse aesthetic for a working farm, and a home office that could double as a second bedroom.
