Chadwick is a human-centered designer with over a decade of professional experience seeking to understand user and consumer behavior and designing solutions that deliver value for customers and businesses.
Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Augusta University located in Augusta, GA, a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University located in Chicago, Illinois, and a Master of Business and Technology from the University of Georgia located in Athens, GA. Chadwick currently serves as the Senior Manager of Experience Design at Genworth Financial, leading a small experience design team tasked with enhancing the customer experience for Genworth’s Long Term Care Insurance Customers.
Research Interests:
Chadwick’s research interests focus on how CX professionals can practically apply human-centered design thinking to their Customer Experience Strategies for large enterprises.
