Professor of Architecture Patrick Rand, FAIA, DPACSA, is one of the first NC State recipients of a Fulbright Distinguished Chair Award. The award is highly competitive and considered one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. He will be teaching + conducting research at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland.
