I invite youto our monthly “Research Talk” meeting, which takes place on the second Fridayof each month at 11:00 AM via Zoom.

This meetingis for our College community to stay informed and engaged with the latestdevelopments in funded research opportunities, available resources, andessential pre-award and post-award procedures. Additionally, we will coverresearch-related policies and discuss the most current trends impacting ourresearch efforts.

The meetingagenda will be available on the week of the meeting. Below are some examples oftopics covered in the meetings.

• Funded Research Opportunities: Information about both internal and external funding opportunities that you can leverage for your research projects.
• Available Resources: Insights into the resources available to support your research, including PhD students, assistantships, F&A policies, summer salaries, and more.
• Procedural Guidance: Clarification on pre-award and post-award procedures to ensure smooth management of your research projects.
• Research Trends: Discussion on the latest trends in design research, providing a platform to share knowledge and stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration Opportunities: A chance to learn from one another and explore potential collaborations within the college, fostering a stronger, more connected research community.
