If you want to get one of your shop people to do similar calendars on the IT/digi fab side (for consistency), here are the steps I did:

Created a calendar using this website 
Used these 3 year academic calendars to highlight the boxes. Create a legend for colors – green = opening day, yellow = TBD – check website for hours, RED = closed. (AI File for color consistency)

• yellow for july 1 – aug 18th (because shop hours in summer are going to be variable)
• Closed on holidays: 4th of july, labor day, fall break, thanksgiving, MLK, Spring break.
• Closed from Dec 12-Jan5 for winter break.
• put yellow color for wellness days fall/spring, also yellow for first day spring to MLK because shop hours will be reduced. (**May need to go back and add yellow for first week of Fall too- we haven’t discussed doing reduced hours)
• yellow for may 1st – june 30th (2025 – summer hours unknown at this time)
