College of Design: Facilities

The Design Operations team is responsible for maintaining the 3.25 buildings that currently fall under the College of Design’s purview. If something needs attention in Brooks, Leazar, Kamphoefner, or the 1st floor of Lampe, we act as your first point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and room setups.

Facilities Issue Reporting

Please use this form to report any facilities-related issues (e.g., water leaks, HVAC issues, safety hazards, etc.) found in or around the College of Design.

After Hours Emergency Work Orders

Please call this number 919-515-2991 to submit a work order IMMEDIATELY. This is for items such as tripped breakers, plumbing emergencies, HVAC emergencies, etc. This is NOT for non-emergencies that don’t need immediate attention. For non-emergency situations, please use the Design Facilities Report a Problem Form.
