ARC 500 / Stallings & Kranbuehl
Hi Dennis,
Thank you for this information. The computer lab Brooks 202 is now reserved for ARC 500 from 1:30pm – 2:30pm on the following dates:
January: 17 (W) & 24 (W)
February: 9 (F)
March: 8 (F) & 18 (M)
April: 12 (F)
All the Brooks labs are used by other classes so update me if you need to cancel or change any of the days and times at any point in the semester and I'll see what's available.

Ok, thank you for answering the following questions and then we can go from here…
Is this for a class? If yes, what class is this for? Yes, ARC500.
If not, who is this lecture for? NA
How many people do you anticipate attending? 16
Who is the main contact for these lectures? Start with me, but Don and I are both teaching this section.
What is the ideal start and end time you need to reserves space? Typically, 1:30 – 2:30.
If the start and end time is different for each date, please let me know. Will do.
What is your 1st and 2nd room choice? I’m not sure which room are most appropriate; David recommends any of the three computer lab rooms.
What room setup do you need? I think we have 13 or 14 students so we will need at least 16 chairs, a table or lectern at the front of the room with either a computer or a connection for a laptop and a flatscreen monitor large enough for the class to read text. If a wall-mounted flatscreen is not available, then we’ll need a projector.
What tech do you need? See above.
