Sofia Falasco

Bio

Sofia Falasco supports the Graphic Design and Industrial Design Departments as part of the administrative team by coordinating and providing support for meetings and departmental events, assisting with course scheduling for graphic and industrial design, coordinating travel and daily activities, and managing administrative operations for the Department Heads.

Sofia is originally from Richmond, Virginia, but has spent the past four years living in North Carolina – two of which were as a student at NC State where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. With a passion for art and design, she also minored in Graphic Communications where she developed technical skills in design and visual communication. Sofia works independently as a portrait artist where she enjoys helping clients make informed decisions about commissioned work. She has always felt passionate about building meaningful and genuine relationships with everyone and truly enjoys helping people. In her spare time, Sofia enjoys drawing, painting, and doing anything art-related.
