Hit the ground. Running.
I’m back in action and got lots of grading done by hand this week. The soil was picked, shoveled, raked and removed. Robert really helped out with machinery that tilled and scrapped the soil, which made the soil a lot easier to move around.
Planting Day was on Saturday. All hands were on deck to get the plants into the ground, build the stream conveyance system, and mulch the all phases of ABY. It was hard work, and all participants were able to rejoice in satisfaction at the end of the day after reaching the 95 percent point.
The rush is still on to be ready for the presentation and ribbon cutting ceremony next Friday. We still have an on-site punch list to tackle.
