Project Overview & Scope
This course investigates branding, interaction, and service design in response to problems of complex systems and contexts.
- Students were asked to make a 2 – 6 minute video presentation providing a research question aimed at improving the library.
- This was to be supported by various methods of qualitative research, and concluded with recommendations for improving the library.
- The presentation is crafted around the designed research question
- This was to be supported by various methods of qualitative research, and concluded with recommendations for improving the library.
- The presentation was split into an introduction, a discovery, and a definition phase.
- Limitations are acknowledged
- All of this research is concluded, and design solutions are recommended and ranked by priority in terms of high, medium, and low.
Project Teams
Each student worked individually to create a video slide presentation, around 4 – 6 minutes, containing the content mentioned above.
