This is an affordable one bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design on a suburban lot. It has 588 square feet of conditioned space. It is designed to be appropriately scaled and comfortable in the context of the site. Special considerations for the design include generous outdoor living spaces and communal garden beds acting as a fence for neighbor interaction.
