Dr. Walter Baermann Appointed New Department Head of Product Design

Dr. Walter Baermann appointed head of the Department of Product Design, succeeding Victor Papanek. Armand Cooke, Vincent Foote, and Harry Mackie were appointed to the faculty in product design.
