The Factory NC is a new company offering Web Retail supporting NC Designers and Artisans.
Our Concept is to host the up and coming NC Artists and Designers in achieving notoriety for the creations. We will sell the wares of these designers while promoting their individual brands and personalities. A percentage of proceeds will go to supporting various NC Charities.

TRIANGLE FASHION RUNDOWN a local tv series has an internship opportunity available for a Graphic Design/New Media student interested in gaining experience creating Motion Graphics and Titles for Fall 2012 programming. Must have experience with After Effects & Adobe Premiere. This internship is for credit only. Producers will work with student to help complete credit requirements. Dates of internship: October 22, 2012-May 2, 2012 (May be flexible)
Time commitment: Approximately 10-15 hours per week
Assists the Graphic & Web Designer on various print and web design projects including, but not limited to, the creation of ads, flyers, other Marketing and Development materials, and e-blasts, as well as assisting with updates to the ADF website. This fast-paced, deadline-driven position allows for the opportunity to gain real-world design experience as part of an in-house marketing department while building a design portfolio. Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (CS3 or higher) is required. Dreamweaver experience is preferred but not required. Must be highly self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and a team player.
This internship is unpaid, however, ADF is happy to work with you in completing necessary paperwork and other requirements to receive academic credit. Intern may take free classes at the ADF’s Samuel H. Scripps Studios.
